技术封锁与颠覆式创新:基于"过犹不及"视角的研究
Technology Blockade and Disruptive Innovation:A Study from the Perspective of"Too-Much-of-a-Good-Thing"

Abstract
Since the 1950s,the western countries have implemented the technology blockade policy to China for a long time out of consideration of stra-tegic security,trade protection,industry competition and other factors.On the one hand,bottlenecks in key technological fields have affected the de-velopment process of China's high-tech industry and hindered cooperation and exchanges among international law subjects.On the other hand,techni-cal barriers have enhanced the consciousness and ability of China in independent innovation and scientific and technological independence.Therefore,it is essential to fully reveal the internal connection between technological blockade and disruptive innovation to firmly pursue the development path of building a modern power with Chinese style.Based on the philosophy of"too-much-of-a-good-thing"from the Doctrine of the Mean,this paper con-ducts a rooted analysis and research on the new energy automobile manufacturer(BYD).On the behavioral logic level,technology blockade is the be-havior of"technology substitution and benefit"taken by a specific subject to other specific subjects under non-transparent and non-reciprocal condi-tions.At the behavioral utility level,to a certain extent,technology blockade conforms to the law of"diminishing marginal contribution"for the phased goals of specific subjects.At the behavioral interaction level,empirical evidence shows that technology blockade,as one of the random variables in probability space,its"mathematical"expectation may be negatively regulated by political and economic system,national shared spirit and firm techno-logical concept.This study can provide some reference and enlightenment for the subjects at all levels of our country to correctly understand and cope with the western technology blockade.关键词
