Research on New Quality Productive Forces Boosting China's Leap Over"Middle-Income Trap"from the Perspective of Human Capital Spillover Effect

Abstract
This paper adopts the framework of the Romer Model to analyze technological progress under human capital spillover effects.Drawing on the derivation methods of the neoclassical growth model,this paper establishes a dual-path economic equilibrium growth framework to examine the formation of new quality productive forces.This paper further investigates China's emerging economic drivers and evaluates the country's potential to successfully overcome the"middle-income trap".The study concludes that:the economic equilibrium growth path derived from the neoclassical growth model can be effectively embedded within endogenous growth models for theoretical extension and empirical analysis;under human capital spillovers,increasing investment in human capital not only accelerates technological progress but also fosters the cultivation of new quality productive forces,thereby contribu-ting to high-quality economic development.These mechanisms collectively serve as a critical impetus for China to leap over the"middle-income trap".关键词
