Patient Capital Promoting the Healthy Development of Pension Finance:Logical Connection,Practical Dilemmas and Implementation Paths

Abstract
Amid the global aging wave,pension finance has become a strategic pivot of national financial systems.Patient capital characterized by long-term horizons,risk tolerance,and social value integration provides a novel paradigm to resolve structural contradictions in pension finance.This study systematically deconstructs the logical interplay between patient capital and pension finance,revealing their alignment across three dimensions:temporal cycles,risk preferences,and societal value orientation.The study shows that there are three structural imbalances in the current pension finance system:insufficient capital accumulation coexists with risk-return misalignment in pension finance;hierarchical demands clash with homogenized financial products in service supply finance;capital circulation barriers interweave with the lag matching of policy framework in industrial finance.Therefore,the implemen-tation path of patient capital promoting the healthy development of pension finance is proposed:shift pension fund investment paradigms from short-term arbitrage to long-term value investing;develop lifecycle-oriented product matrices;rebuild elderly care industrial capital ecosystems.关键词
