火龙罐联合重复经颅磁刺激在脑卒中后疲劳患者中的应用效果
Effect of Fire Dragon Cupping combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for patients with post-stroke fatigue

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fire Dragon Cupping combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for patients with post-stroke fatigue.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted on 60 patients with post-stroke fatigue treated at Xi'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2023 to October 2024.They were divided into an observation group a control group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.In the observation group,there were 18 males and 12 females;they were(65.26±3.58)years old;the disease duration was(3.43±0.41)months;there were 19 cases of cerebral infarction and 11 cases of cerebral hemorrhage.In the control group,there were 16 males and 14 females;they were(64.67±4.01)years old;the disease duration was(3.48±0.39)months;there were 18 cases of cerebral infarction and 12 cases of hemorrhage.The control group were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,20 min per time,once per day,5 times per week,with 2 d between two weeks,for 4 weeks;in addition,the observation group were treated with the Fire Dragon Cupping,30 min per time,one per day,3 times per week,with 2 d between two weeks,for 4 weeks.The scores of the Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Stroke-Specific Quality of Life(SS-QOL),and Modified Barthel Index(MBI)were compared between the two groups before the treatment and after 4 weeks' treatment.The independent sample t test,paired t test,and x2 test were used for the statistical comparisons.Results After 4 weeks' treatment,the scores of FSS,PSQI,SAS,SDS,SS-QOL,and MBI in the observation group were 11.54±0.52,6.89±1.46,47.23±3.57,48.21±4.34,25.21±3.15,and 74.67±8.37,and the scores in the control group 14.25±0.85,9.83±1.67,53.36±4.85,53.31±4.46,19.04±2.13,and 71.27±9.43,respectively,with statistical differences between the two groups(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Fire Dragon Cupping combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for patients with post-stroke fatigue can alleviate their fatigue,and improve their anxiety,depression,sleep quality,and quality of life.关键词
