Abstract
Under the dual carbon target,China's energy structure adjustment process is accelerating,but it faces various obstacles:the comprehensive cost of renewable energy is still high,fossil energy is still the main responsibility for ensuring energy supply,and the technical substitution of fossil energy for industrial raw materials is very difficult.New quality productivity can pro-vide strong support for energy structure adjustment,firstly by empowering energy intensive industries to save energy,reduce con-sumption,and lower emissions;Secondly,it can achieve the substitution of fossil fuels through the development of large-scale re-newable energy;Thirdly,it can expand new industries,unlock new development momentum,and reduce dependence on fossil fue-ls.The adjustment of energy structure can accelerate the formation of new quality productivity,open up the market demand space for new quality productivity,cultivate technology intensive new energy industries,and expand the application scenarios of new quali-ty productivity in the national economy.To promote the coordinated adjustment of energy structure,it is necessary to clarify the me-dium and long-term energy structure adjustment plan,clarify the government system at both the supply and demand sides,and im-prove various new quality production relationships such as carbon emission trading markets.关键词
