Research progress on regulation mechanisms of synaptic plasticity and its relationship with nervous system diseases
摘要
Abstract
The regulatory mechanisms of synaptic plasticity are complex and diverse,and are closely related to many diseases of the nervous system.Impaired synaptic plasticity is found in many neurodegenerative and demyelinating diseases.What is synaptic plasticity?Which factors regulate synaptic plasticity?Can we slow down the progression of the diseases and improve the prognosis regulating synaptic plasticity?In this review,we summarize the regulatory mechanisms of synaptic plasticity and its relationship with nervous system diseases,and explore new therapeutic targets and possible mechanisms for treatment.关键词
