国际化董事会对企业绿色创新的影响机制研究
A Study on the Mechanisms of the Globalized Board of Directors'Influence on Corporate Green Innovation
摘要
Abstract
Green innovation is the foundation and key to achieving the"dual carbon"goals.Based on the upper echelon theory,this paper uses data from Chinese A-share listed companies to explore the impact mechanism of the globalized board of di-rectors on corporate green innovation.The results show that the globalized board of directors can significantly enhance corporate green innovation.Heterogeneity analysis indicates that the impact of the globalized board on green innovation is greater for firms with higher levels of executive equity incentives and digital transformation.Mechanism analysis reveals that the globalized board of direc-tors significantly promotes corporate ESG performance,which plays a partial mediating role between the globalized board and green innovation.This paper expands the driving factors of green innovation from the perspective of corporate governance and provides theo-retical support and managerial insights for corporate green innovation practices.关键词
