静息态功能磁共振在卒中后失语治疗中的研究进展
Research progress of resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging in treatment of post-stroke aphasia
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke aphasia(PSA)as one of the common complications in stroke patients,its high disability rate seriously reduces the patients' quality of life and imposes a heavy burden on society.The unclear rehabilitation mechanism makes it difficult to treat patients with PSA accurately.Resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)can observe changes in the patients' local and overall brain network connections in a task-free state,and is an important tool for exploring the recovery mechanism of PSA and scientifically predicting the prognosis.Starting from the perspective of rs-fMRI,this article reviews the literature on the observation and prediction of brain function changes in patients with PSA,so as to further guide the rehabilitation treatment practice of patients with PSA.关键词
