Abstract

A method for the determination of 8 nutritive elements in sugar,including Ca,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P,Zn,was developed based on the technology of super microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry.The digestion system and the maximum digestion temperature were optimized to ensure the complete digestion of sugar samples.The sensitivity and anti-interference ability of the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for the determination of 8 target elements were improved through the optimization of observation methods and the optimization of analytical spectral lines.In order to investigate the precision and accuracy of the method,3 kinds of sugar labeling recovery experiments and repeatability experiments were carried out.The results showed that the correlation coefficients of the standard curves of all elements were more than 0.9997,the detection limits of the method were 0.0059~2.5384 mg/kg,and the recoveries of 8 target elements were 90.84%~103.61%.The RSD values of 8 nutrient elements in white granulated sugar samples were controlled between 1.1%and 2.5%.The method is simple,fast,accurate,efficient and stable,and can meet the daily requirements of all kinds of sugar 8 nutritive elements detection.
