摘要

Abstract

A comparative analysis was conducted on the current pipeline internal inspection standard system in China,focusing on the qualifications of inspection institutions and personnel,performance indicators requirements for internal detectors,and performance verification of internal detectors.Results indicate that China has initially formed a standard system mainly composed of special equipment safety technical specifications,national standards,industry standards,etc.,but problems of unclear connection and unclear technical requirements still exist.Especially for new internal detection technologies such as ultrasound and eddy current(including electromagnetic eddy current),the qualification requirements are not clear,and different standards have inconsistent performance indicators for leakage magnetic internal detectors.There is a lack of detailed regulations on the design,manufacturing,performance verification,and metrological testing of internal detectors.Relevant improvement suggestions are put forward in order to provide reference and inspiration for standard revision and industry practice.
