摘要

Abstract

Due to the special structural characteristics of the pipe seat,there is a stress concentration phenomenon in the welding process,and it bears double welding stress as a joint.Based on Simufact Welding professional welding software,the complete welding process of saddle weld and girth weld at both ends of the pipe seat is numerically simulated and experimentally studied.The temperature field,stress field and deformation analysis of the multi-layer multi-pass weld structure were carried out by using the optimized welding sequence and interlayer temperature.Results show that the highest temperature of the double-joint structure is concentrated in the pipe seat,and the heat-affected zone between the two welds will affect each other.Meanwhile,the residual stress at the girth weld of the pipe seat is transmitted to the saddle weld through the pipe seat.Compared with the single saddle weld,the residual stress in the saddle weld in the double-joint structure is significantly reduced,which indirectly improves the welding quality of the overall structure of the double-joint weld of the pipe seat.
