降调节-激素替代冻融周期中子宫内膜异位症患者的中医治疗经验
Treatment experience of traditional Chinese medicine for endometriosis patients in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle of GnRH-a down-regulated hormone replacement

Abstract
This study explored the TCM treatment experience of infertile patients with endometriosis during the down-regulation-hormone replacement frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycle.Based on the clinical practice of Director WU Ying,it summed up the TCM pathogenesis of endometriosis-related infertility.The core pathogenesis was Qi and blood stagnation,which was closely linked to the liver,spleen,and kidneys,with a pattern of deficiency and stasis interacting.Based on this,a staged treatment principle was suggested,dividing treatment into three phases:down-regulation,hormone replacement,and post-embryo transfer.During the down-regulation phase,combined internal and external treatments were applied,with dissolving blood stasis and eliminating masses as the primary strategy,supplemented by regulating qi and activating blood circulation.In the hormone replacement phase,the emphasis was on strengthening the spleen and kidneys to promote endometrial growth and regulating Qi and blood to improve endometrial receptivity.After embryo transfer,treatment centered on strengthening the spleen and kidneys for fetal stability,supplemented by Activating blood circulation to regulate the endometrium for embryo implantation.The effectiveness of this method was supported by a clinical case.The study showed that this staged treatment could boost pregnancy rates and enhance outcomes in infertile patients with endometriosis,offering a novel approach to TCM treatment for this condition.关键词
