摘要

Abstract

For the damage of 25Cr2Ni4MoV rotor journal,laser cladding on plates with Inconel 625 powder was applied by using the same material to determine the feasibility of on-site laser cladding repair.Microstructure observation,microhardness tests and residual stress simulation were applied.The results showed that the cladding layers were free from pores and cracks.The microstructure of the cladding layer is mainly γ-Ni austenite,with elemental segregation existing between dendrites.The microhardness of the cladding layer was ranging from 240HV0.3 to 260HV0.3,lower than that of the heat affected zone(up to 308HV0.3).The peak longitudinal residual stress(794 MPa)was concentrated in the heat affected zone and the peak transverse stress(350 MPa)was concentrated in the surface regions of the cladding layer and back regions of the base material.The simulation results were in good agreement with the XRD residual stress tests.Results provide theoretical guidance and data support for the damage repair of journal in power plant.
