基于"瘀毒理论"探讨中药方剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠上皮化生的Meta分析
Meta-analysis of treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia with traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on"blood stasis and toxin theory"

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia based on the theory of stasis and toxin.Methods Randomized controlled trials of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia were collected from CNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,EMbase,Web of Science and Cochrane Library.The retrieval date was from January 2010 to October 2024.After two researchers used EndNote software to screen literatures,extract information and evaluate bias risk,Revman 5.4 was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 33 RCT images were included,including 3 131 patients,1 618 patients in the traditonal Chinese medicine prescription group and 1 513 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group the traditional Chinese medicine prescription group had advantages in clinical comprehensive effective rate,TCM syndrome score(stomachache,bloating,anorexia,belching),histopathological score(gland atrophy score,intestinal metaplasia score)and serum PGI.Conclusion Meta-analysis evidence shows that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on"blood stasis and toxin theory"can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and pathological manifestations of CAG patients with IM,and has high safety,so it is worthy of further popularization and application in clinical practice.The conclusion of this study has some limitations.In the future clinical research,it is necessary to expand the sample size,prolong the observation time,optimize the research on drug targets and specific mechanisms of action of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,and improve the reliability of clinical outcome indicators.关键词
