摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effects of corn pulp as a compost nitrogen source instead of urea on humification process and fungal community structure of compost.Corn stalk was used as raw material,and two treatment groups were set up:one group was used as control group(CK),urea was used as nitrogen source;The other group,as the experimental group(CS),used corn pulp as a nitrogen source.The results showed that the addition of corn pulp increased the contents of reducing sugars,amino acids and fulvic acid,and decreased the OTU number and Alpha diversity index of soil fungi,which are indexes to measure the richness and diversity of microorganisms.In the experiment,the dominant fungal phyla in the two treatments were Ascomycota and Basidiomycota,and the relative abundance of the two phyla was significantly different in the two treatments.Adding corn pulp can increase the relative abundance of Basidiomycota and decrease the relative abundance of Ascomycota in high temperature period.The relative abundance of Arthrobacter,which is harmful to the fermentation process of culture materials,was decreased,and the relative abundance of Aspergillus and Mycothermus,which have the function of degrading lignocellulose,was significantly increased.The addition of corn pulp can promote the humification process and increase the relative abundance of lignocellulosic degrading fungi.
