人工生物质制剂对盐碱地植被恢复及土壤化学性质的影响
Effects of Artificial Biomass Preparation on Vegetation Restoration and Soil Chemical Properties in Saline-alkali Soil

Abstract
To explore the effects of artificial biomass preparations on vegetation restoration and soil chemical properties in saline-alkali land,four treatment tests were set up on saline-alkali land in Daqing area,namely,T1(potassium phosphate buffer solution),T2(biomass preparation),T3(potassium phosphate buffer solution+biomass preparation)and CK,and the effects of each treatment on vegetation restoration and soil chemical properties were compared.The results showed that the plant height and aboveground biomass of T3 treatment increased by 61.35%and 70.60%compared with CK treatment.Compared with CK,T3 treatment could significantly increase vegetation biodiversity index by 29.55%and vegetation coverage by 47.37%.Compared with CK soil,the compactness of T3 treatment decreased by 27.82%~40.56%,the soil pH decreased by 5.77%,soluble salt decreased by 30.95%,exchangeable Na+decreased by 63.00%,and the soil alkalinity decreased by 61.52%.Artificial biomass preparation could effectively improve the physical and chemical properties of saline-alkali soil,promote the restoration of ecological environment in saline-alkali land,increase the biodiversity in the region,and provide a new way and method for soil restoration and improvement in saline-alkali area.关键词
