Abstract
Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction(HGWD)is a classic prescription commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine treatment,with a long history and wide clinical application.This article focuses on the research results of this formula in recent years in terms of chemical composition,pharmacological effects and clinical application.In terms of chemical composition,the analysis of single herbs and whole recipe components provides a reference for quality control.In terms of pharmacological effects,the mechanism of action in key areas such as peripheral neuropathy,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular protection,and anti-infection has been deeply explored,and these mechanisms have provided new strategies for the treatment of related diseases.In clinical application,it focuses on key directions such as peripheral nerve diseases,cardiovascular diseases and orthopedic diseases,and demonstrates its remarkable efficacy.The purpose of this study is to provide a strong theoretical basis for the accurate and efficient application of HGWD in clinical practice through a comprehensive review,while also pointing out the direction for subsequent in-depth research on this formula.关键词
