九三某牛场奶牛临床型乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析

Abstract
In order to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria in cattle with mastitis,analyze its pathogenicity,evaluate drug sensitivity and provide clinical guidance,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified from milk samples of 3 cows with mastitis in a pasture of Jiusan Administration Bureau,Nenjiang city,Heilongjiang province.PCR,bacterial biochemical reaction test,bacterial identification instrument,mouse pathogenicity test,histopathology test and drug susceptibility test were used to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria.The results revealed the successful isolation and identification of 9 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,which are pathogenic to mice.In addition,these pathogens show a high sensitivity to commonly used clinical drugs such as amoxicillin,ampicillin,and penicillin.At the same time,oxacillin,cefoxitin and rifamequal drugs can also effectively inhibit the growth of these isolated Staphylococcus aureus.After the results of the drug sensitivity test were reported to the relevant cattle farms,the infected cows were treated with amoxicillin and penicillin,and a significant improvement in udder inflammation was observed.These results provide a valuable reference for the clinical treatment of cow mastitis.关键词
