摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the effect of exogenous melatonin(MT)treatment on the quality of postharharvest raspberries,'Haritazi'red raspberry was used as the experimental material,and different concentrations of MT(0,100,200,300,400 μmol·L-1)were used to treat raspberry fruit.The firmness,weight loss rate,color difference,soluble solids(TSS),cell wall metabolism-related components contents and degrading enzymes activities of fruit were measured.The results showed that after 24 h of storage,the firmness and TSS content of the 100 μmol·L-1 MT treatment group were 15.0%and 21.2%higher than the control group,respectively,and the weight loss rate was 13.3%lower than the control group.During the whole storage period,the protopectin and cellulose contents of the 100 μmol·L-1 MT treatment group were significantly higher than the control group,while the soluble pectin content was significantly lower than the control group.When fruits were stored for 12-36 h,the polygalacturonase,pectin methy-lesterase,cellulase and β-glucanase activities of the 100 μmol·L-1 MT treatment group were 760.9-862.0,6.0-9.3,800.2-1 189.5,2 096.4-3 102.7 μg·h-1·g-1,respectively,which were significantly lower than the control group.The results indicated that MT treatment could maintain the cell wall structure and preserve the storage quality of raspberry fruit after harvest by inhibiting the activity of cell wall degrading enzymes.
