基于NS共掺杂碳量子点和聚集诱导发光效应检测粮食中六六六的研究
Research on the Detection of Hexachlorocyclohexane in Grains Based on NS-doped Carbon Quantum Dots and Aggregation-induced Emission Effect
摘要
Abstract
In order to achieve rapid detection of hexachlorocyclohexane(HCH)in food,NS co-doped carbon quantum dots(NS-CQDs)were synthesized via a hydrothermal method and characterized.Based on the aggregation-induced emission(AIE)effect,a fluorescent probe was constructed for rapid HCH detection,and the method was systematically evaluated.Spiked recovery tests were performed on real samples.The results showed that when the pH value of buffer solution was 2,the incubation time was 2-5 min,and the incubation temperature was 25℃,the detection effect of NS-CQDs was the best.The best excitation wavelength and emission wavelength of NS-CQDs are 350 nm and 430 nm,the particle size is concentrated in 1.4~3.5 nm,nitrogen is successfully doped with CQDs,and the functional group is determined.The results show that this method can be used in the detection of actual samples,and has good precision and stability.The detection method is simple,economical and environmentally friendly,convenient and fast,and the detection time needs to be realized rapid detection and contributing to the development of food safety detection.关键词
