Abstract
A Temoporfin-AlOH-AgNPs-MSA(TMMA)metal-organic material with high water solubility was synthesized by the 1/4 method.And it was determined that the organics were successfully loaded onto the surface of silver nanoparticles by XPS,SEM,TEM,EDS and other material characterization means.And the sterilization efficiency and mechanism of action of the photosensitizer were tested using E.coli as experimental bacteria.The results showed that the E.coli sterilization efficiency increased significantly in the high concentration group and less in the low concentration group with the increase of light exposure time.This reflects the mechanism that the material can generate a large amount of heat to inactivate the bacteria under high concentration conditions,while the low concentration group has only photodynamic effect.The TMMA photosensitizer has a strong antibacterial effect as the inactivation rate of E.coli reached 99.5%at the experimental concentration of 3 mg/mL under the light irradiation for 45 min.关键词
