Abstract
An inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method was developed for the simultaneous determination of Pb,Sn and Ag in Pb92.5Sn5Ag2.5 solder.Under optimized operating conditions,the test pump speed was 20 r/min,the cleaning pump speed was 25 r/min,the injection time was 20 s,the exposure time was 8 s,the carrier gas flow rate was 0.93 L/min,and the determination wavelengths of Pb,Sn and Ag elements were 220.353 nm,189.989 nm and 328.068 nm,respectively.Under the above conditions,the working curves were drawn by using standard sample solutions with different concentrations.The working curves drawn by Pb,Sn and Ag elements had a good linear relationship(r=0.9999).The sample was digested with hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide,and the concentration and acidity of the sample solution were studied.The results showed that the optimal condition was that 0.1 g sample was fixed in 100 mL and 10%hydrochloric acid was used.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the samples were repeated for 6 times.The mean values of Pb,Sn and Ag elements in Pb92.5Sn5Ag2.5 solder were 92.42%,5.02%and 2.51%,respectively,and RSDS were 3.94%,2.35%and 2.07%,respectively,indicating that the test method was of good precision.The test method is verified by NF-31 alloy standard sample,and the results show that the test method has high reliability and accuracy.This test method has the advantages of simple and rapid operation,and can be used for the simultaneous determination of Pb,Sn and Ag elements in Pb92.5Sn5Ag2.5 solder.关键词
