摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The effects of main meteorological factors on chemical components of Cuibi 1,a tobacco variety,were explored to provide the scientific basis for quality production of tobacco and optimization of crops planting layout in Changting tobacco-growing area.[Method]The main chemical components in middle leaves of Cuibi 1 were determined and then the relations between main meteorological factors and chemical composition content in middle leaves of Cuibi 1 were studied by using descriptive statistics,simple correlation and stepwise regression statistical analysis methods based on the meteorological data of daily average temperature,temperature difference between day and night,average daily surface temperature,light hours,precipitation and average relative humidity at root extension stage,vigorous growth stage and maturity stage to analyze the leading meteorological factors affecting chemical components of Cuibi 1 in Changting tobacco-growing area.[Result]The average daily temperature during the field and whole growth period of tobacco was 12.09-23.28℃and 2.2-29.2℃in Changting tobacco-growing area respectively.The optimal average relative humidity(72.16%—81.05%),suitable precipitation(7.25-17.60 mm),rational light hours(3.17-4.20 h)and other meteorological factors accorded with growth of high quality tobacco in Changting tobacco-growing area.Under comprehensive influence of meteorological factors,the total sugar,reducing sugar,starch and potassium content,and sugar/nicotine and potassium/chlorine ratio of Cuibi 1 reached the standard of high quality tobacco except lower nicotine and total nitrogen content.The average relative humidity at root extension stage was the dominant factor affecting chemical components of tobacco among total meteorological factors.The average relative humidity,average daily surface temperature and average daily temperature at vigorous growth stage were the dominant factors affecting chemical components of tobacco among total meteorological factors and the average daily surface temperature and average daily temperature at mature stage were the dominant factors affecting chemical components of tobacco among total meteorological factors.The average relative humidity during the whole growth period of tobacco had the highest importance to chemical components of tobacco,followed by temperature difference between day and night,average daily surface temperature,light hours,average daily temperature and precipitation.In a certain range,the average daily temperature and average daily surface temperature at maturity stage were positively related to total sugar and reducing sugar content significantly,the average daily temperature and average daily surface temperature at vigorous growth and maturity stages were negatively related to nicotine and total nitrogen content significantly and the light hours at root extension stage were negatively related to nicotine and total nitrogen content very significantly.The light hours at root extension stage,vigorous growth stage and during the whole growth period were positively related to starch content of tobacco significantly.The average daily temperature,average daily surface temperature and light hours at vigorous growth stage and temperature difference between day and night were negatively and significantly related to chlorine content of tobacco respectively.The precipitation and average relative humidity at vigorous growth stage positively related to chlorine content of tobacco significantly.The average daily temperature and average daily surface temperature at vigorous growth and maturity stages were beneficial to increasing sugar/nicotine ratio.The temperature difference between day and night during the whole growth period and the light hours at vigorous growth stage and during the whole growth period were beneficial to increasing potassium/chlorine ratio.The precipitation at vigorous growth stage and the average relative humidity at root extension stage and during the whole growth period were not beneficial to increase of potassium/chlorine ratio.The temperature difference between day and night and light hours during the whole growth period and light hours at root extension stage and vigorous growth stage were not beneficial to increase of sugar/reducing sugar ratio.The average relative humidity during the whole growth period and root extension stage was beneficial to increase of sugar/reducing sugar ratio.[Conclusion]The climatic conditions in Changting tobacco-growing area are beneficial to cultivation of Cuibi 1.The average relative humidity at root extension stage is beneficial to increase of sugar/reducing sugar ratio but is not beneficial to increase of potassium/chlorine ratio.The average daily temperature and average daily surface temperature at vigorous growth and maturity stages are the dominant factors affecting chemical components of tobacco and are beneficial to increase of total sugar,reducing sugar and sugar/nicotine ratio but are not beneficial to increase of nicotine,total nitrogen,potassium and chlorine content.The average relative humidity during the whole growth period with the highest importance to chemical components of tobacco is beneficial to increase of reducing sugar content but is not beneficial to increase of potassium content.The precipitation at root extension,vigorous growth and maturity stages and during the whole growth period has the lower relative importance to chemical components of tobacco.
