摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The growth and fruit quality differences of different germplasms of Passiflora edulis were explored,which provided reference for screening fast-growing P.edulis germplasms resources suitable for planting in mountainous areas of Guizhou.[Method]The experimental materials consist of 6 yellow fruit germplasms(QZ1,TW17,DH1,TH1,ZJ1,H8)and 6 purple fruit germplasm(ZX1,F1,FZ1,GH1,GX1,XG1).The growth of plant height and stem diameter of P.edulis seedlings before being put on shelves for management was determined.The growth indicators and fruit quality of different germplasm P.edulis were comprehensively evaluated through the membership function analysis method in fuzzy mathematics.[Result]QZ1 and TW17 had larger stem diameters among yellow fruit germplasm,while FZ1 had the largest stem diameter among purple fruit germplasm.The growth curves of QZ1,TW17 of yellow fruit germplasm and all purple fruit germplasm plants were in a"S"shape.The height and stem diameters of P.edulis plants grew rapidly in May,and the peak of plant height growth rate occurred earlier than the peak of stem diameter growth rate.The evaluation order of growth indicators for 12 germplasm P.edulis seedlings was QZ1>FZ1>TW17>ZX1>GH1>XG1>GX1>F1>ZJ1>DH1>TH1>H8.The longitudinal diameter of P.edulis ranged from 61.11 to 94.87 mm,while the transverse diameter of P.edulis was 59.25-77.42 mm.The fruit shape index ranged from 1.00 to 1.27,indicating a nearly circular shape.The weight of single yellow fruit germplasm was 85.6-183.13 g,while purple fruit germplasm was 71.03-105.82 g.The highest edible rate was GX1(55.77%),and the lowest was QZ1(39.84%).The sugar content of P.edulis ranged from 12.09%to17.96%,with F1 having the highest sugar content.The comprehensive ranking of fruit quality was XG1>ZJ1=GX1>QZ1>H8>DH1>F1>TH1>TW17>ZX1>FZ1>GH1.[Conclusion]Among the 12 germplasm of P.edulis,QZ1,FZ1,TW17 and ZX1 are suitable for large-scale fast-growing planting;XG1,ZJ1,GX1,and QZ1 are preferred for quality assurance;QZ1 has good comprehensive traits,strong adaptability and excellent quality,making it suitable for promoting and planting in Guizhou and similar environmental areas.
