PEG-6000胁迫不同无芒雀麦种质萌发期的抗旱性评价
Evaluation on Drought Resistance of Different Bromus inermis Germplasm Resources at Germination Stage Under PEG-6000 Stress

Abstract
[Objective]The difference in drought resistance of different Bromus inermis germplasm resources at seed germination stage was explored to screen the B.inermis germplasm resources with strong drought resistance and lay a foundation for establishment of B.inermis artificial grassland and development of high-quality forage industry in arid and semi-arid areas.[Method]The differences in seed germination,germination potential,germination index,radicle length,plantule length and seed vigor index of 25 B.inermis germplasm resources collected from domestic and overseas were compared under PEG-6000 stress with different concentrations(0%,5%,10%,15%and 20%)and then the drought resistance was evaluated by the subordinate function method.[Result]The seed germination rate of most B.inermis germplasm resources showed a rising first and then decreasing trend with increase of drought stress.Under 20%PEG-6000 stress,the seed germination rate of WL-39 and WMQM-07 could reach 73.33%and 66.67%respectively and the seed germination rate of other B.inermis germplasm resources was lower than 60.00%except WL-31 and WL-40.The low PEG-6000 concentration had different effects on seed germination potential of B.inermis germplasm resources.The seed germination potential of 9 B.inermis germplasm resources was higher than CK and the seed germination potential of WL-38 was 45.17%higher than CK.The higher PEG-6000 concentration reduced seed germination potential of B.inermis germplasm resources obviously.The seed germination index of different B.inermis germplasm resources showed a decreasing trend with increase of PEG-6000 concentration when the concentration of PEG-6000 was higher than 5%.The seed germination index of WMQM-07 was the highest(7.57)under 20%PEG-6000 stress among 25 B.inermis germplasm resources.There were certain differences in plantule length and radicle length among different B.inermis germplasm resources under different PEG-6000 concentrations.The higher PEG-6000 concentration reduced seed vigor index of B.inermis germplasm resources significantly and the seed vigor index of WMQM-07 was the highest under 15%and 20%PEG-6000 concentration among 25 B.inermis germplasm resources.The drought resistance comprehensive evaluation value(D)of25 B.inermis germplasm resources was 0.381-0.622 and 25 B.inermis germplasm resources could be divided into 3 groups of drought-resistant germplasm(D≥0.500),medium drought-resistant germplasm(0.455<D<0.500)and sensitive-drought germplasm(D≤0.455).[Conclusion]There are 7 drought-resistant germplasm resources of WMQM-07,WL-39,WL-31,WL-10,WL-40,WL-55 and WL-15,10 medium drought-resistant germplasm resources of WL-52,WL-01,WL-22,WL-23,WL-38,WL-43,WL-06,WL-24,WL-58 and WL-33,and 8 sensitive-drought germplasm resources of WL-16,WL-57,WL-08,WL-51,WL-44,WL-02,WL-42 and WL-04 among 25 B.inermis germplasm resources respectively.WL-39 and WMQM-07 B.inermis germplasm resources from Xinjiang have a strong drought resistance at seed germination stage.关键词
