长效缓释肥对甜瓜生长发育及养分吸收与产质量的影响
Effects of Long-term Slow-release Fertilizer on Growth,Development,Nutrient Absorption,Yield and Quality of Muskmelon

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of long-term slow-release fertilizer on the growth,development,nutrient absorption,yield and quality of muskmelon were studied to provide scientific basis for cost saving,quality improve-ment,efficiency enhancement,and promotion of slow-release fertilizer application in the muskmelon industry.[Method]Using yellow-skinned netted muskmelon,Huangpi 9818(A)and Huangmengcui(B),as test materials,a fertilizer efficiency trial was conducted under protected cultivation conditions.The experiment compared two fertilizer treatments[conventional fertilizer(A1,B1)and slow-release fertilizer(A2,B2)]with water control groups(CK1,CK2)to analyze the effects on plant growth status,biomass,plant nutrient and soil nutrient dynamics,as well as yield and fruit quality.[Result]After applying long-term slow-release fertilizer,the SPAD value of the leaves of Huangpi 9818 and Huangmengcui respectively increased by 4.06%and 6.96%compared with CK.And the stem diameter,and leaf longitudinal diameter were better than those treated with conventional fertilizer.From the perspective of plant fresh weight and dry weight of fruit maturity stage,Huangpi 9818 and Huangmengcui treated with long-term slow-release fertilizer both showed better than conventional fertilizer.From the perspective of plant nutrients,compared with conventional fertilizer,the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in fruit,phosphorus in leaves and stem of Huangmengcui treated with long-term slow-release fertilizer increased,and potassium in leaves and stem of Huangpi 9818 increased.From the perspective of soil nutrients,applying long-term slow-release fertilizers could increase the pH,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,and available phosphorus levels in the 20 cm soil layer,while reduce the content of available potassium.From the perspective of fruit quality,the application of long-term slow-release fertilizer had no significant effect on the longitudinal diameter and peel thickness.However,the flesh thickness of Huangpi 9818 and Huangmengcui increased by 2.02%and 12.66%respectively,the yield increased by 2.79%and 14.63%respectively,and the fruit cracking rate decreased by 16.67%and 25.00%respectively.[Conclusion]Long-term slow-release fertilizer can effectively reduce nutrient loss,prompt the growth of muskmelon,decrease the fruit cracking rate,and improve the fruit quality and yield.关键词
