Abstract
With increasing national emphasis on water conservation,the implementation of contract-based water conservation management has been recognized as a crucial approach to water efficiency in universities.Taking Minhang Campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University as a case study,the concept of contract-based water conservation management,its primary models,and its advantages and challenges in practical application are thoroughly examined.By analyzing the current status of water resource management,key existing issues are identified,and a"contract-based co-management model"is proposed,emphasizing school-enterprise cooperation and resource sharing to achieve mutual benefits.Finally,targeted recommendations are provided based on specific implementation pathways,aiming to promote high-quality development in universities and contribute to the construction of water-saving campuses.关键词
