基于岗位胜任力模型的现代产业学院人才培养模式探索

Abstract
Modern Industry College is a higher education innovation initiative promoted in response to the demand for integration of industry and education,but there are still many problems in the specific implementation process.In response to the current development status of the School of Modern Industry,Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications has proposed a talent training model guided by the job competency model.Firstly,the role of the job competency model in the construction of industrial colleges was elaborated.Secondly,the effective integration of professional construction and industry was carried out to construct a teaching system based on the job competency model.Finally,a modern talent training model for industrial colleges based on the job competency model was formed,which effectively promotes the deep integration of industry,academia,and research.关键词
