Abstract
Taking the"14th Five-Year Plan"Reconstruction and Modernization Project of Qingyi River Irrigation District in Anhui Province as a case study,this research conducts systematic investigations through field surveys and literature reviews.The study comprehensively examines the ecosystem types,terrestrial vegetation,fauna,and aquatic biota(including phytoplankton,zooplankton,benthic organisms,and fish species)within the irrigation district.Special focus is placed on analyzing population structures and ecological characteristics of both terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems.The research further evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the project during both construction and operational phases,particularly regarding terrestrial ecosystems and aquatic habitats.Based on this assessment,targeted ecological conservation strategies and mitigation measures are proposed.These research findings provide scientific references for promoting sustainable ecological cycles within Qingyi River Irrigation District,facilitating coordinated development of socio-economic activities and environmental protection,and achieving harmonious coexistence between human and natural systems.关键词
