一种基于双梁结构的旋转压电能量采集器动力学建模与分析
Dynamic modeling and analysis of rotating piezoelectric energy harvester based on double-beam structure

Abstract
In this paper,a combination structure of internally and externally connected laminated piezoelectric beams was proposed,which can be used as the key component of the rotating piezoelectric energy harvester.Based on the Euler-Bernouli theory,the finite element method was used to disperse the laminated piezoelectric beam,and the axial displacement of the beam caused by the bending deformation was considered.The works done by centrifugal and gravitational forces were derived.Strain energy and enthalpy of the system were also derived with consideration of constitutive equations for metallic and piezoelectric material.The dynamic equations and the sensing voltage equation of the system were developed by using the Lagrange equations of the second kind.The relationship between the length of the beam and the resonance frequency of the system was analyzed and discussed by numerical calculation.By using the numerical fitting of the empirical formula,the resonant rotating speed of the beam can be quickly calculated and the length relationship of the double-beam structure of the rotating piezoelectric energy harvester can be determined so as to enhance the voltage output amplitude or broaden the resonant rotating speed range of the system.关键词
