"三高四新"背景下基础医学研究生创新人才培养模式与路径探索

Abstract
The strategy of"Three Highlands and Four News"is an important decision for Hunan to build a new development pattern.Training high-quality applied talents is an important guarantee for implementing the"Three Highlands and Four News"strategy and creating a high-tech innovation highland with core competitiveness.This paper analyzes the new opportunities and challenges facing the development of basic medical graduate education based on the actual situation of graduate training in University of South China,and proposes to cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of basic medical graduate students from the aspects of personnel training program construction,curriculum construction and teaching reform,high-level teacher team construction,science and education/industry and education integration,discipline construction and science and technology platform innovation.In order to implement the"Three Highlands and Four News"strategic positioning and mission to train a large number of high-quality medical talents.关键词
