基于正交试验的植生混凝土配合比设计
Orthogonal Test-based Design of Mix Proportions for Plant Concrete
摘要
Abstract
This study employed the orthogonal test method to investigate the effects of target porosity,water-cement ratio,admixture dosage,and fiber content on the 28d compressive and flexural strengths of vegetation concrete.By using range analysis and multi-factor variance analysis,the optimal levels of each factor were determined.The results indicated that these factors significantly influenced the 28d strengths of vegetation concrete.The optimal mix ratio was found to be:target porosity of 20%,water-cement ratio of 0.28,admixture dosage of 3‰,and fiber content of 2‰.At this mix ratio,the 28-day compressive and flexural strengths of the vegetation concrete reached 18.7 MPa and 4.2 MPa,respectively,while also ex-hibiting good vegetation performance and meeting the required standards for frost resistance.关键词
