钻井法条件下西部矿区细粒砂岩物理力学与磨蚀特性研究
Experimental studies on the physical and mechanical properties and erosion characteristics of fine-grained sandstone in western China under drilling construction conditions

Abstract
In order to study the change law of physical and mechanical properties and abrasion characteristics of fine-grained sandstone in vertical shaft of western coal mine under the condition of drilling sinking construction,this study designed and conducted hardness,longitudinal wave velocity,uniaxial compressive strength test,Brazilian splitting test and CAI(cerchar abrasivity index)test of fine-grained sandstone after drying,saturation and mud saturation treatment.By using the methods of linear regression and correlation analysis between elements,the relationship between CAI and parameters of sandstone in three states was studied.The main research conclusions are as follows:Compared with dry sandstone,the hardness,uniaxial compressive strength and tensile strength of saturated and mud-saturated sandstone were attenuated,the abrasiveness of rock was reduced,the mineral content of calcite and clay was reduced,and only the physical parameter wave velocity and some mineral components were increasing.The CAI of dry,saturated and mud saturated sandstones were highly correlated,which are 0.926,0.984 and 0.977 respectively.The main control factors affecting the abrasiveness of rocks in each state were determined and the parameter fitting model was established,and the goodness of fit in dry,saturated and mud saturated states were 0.962,0.901 and 0.893 respectively.关键词
