Abstract
The necessity of water conservancy project construction is a key focus during the preliminary project approval stage and serves as an important prerequisite for carrying out design work.Its outcomes directly influence the project approval decisions of government and relevant departments,playing a crucial guiding role in advancing the project.This study focuses on water conservancy projects tasked with flood control,water supply,and irrigation.It provides an in-depth analysis and summary of key aspects such as the planning basis for project construction,major issues with current flood control and water supply in the project area,the demand for the project driven by socioeconomic development,and the roles and effects of the proposed project.Based on this analysis,the study proposes main demonstration approaches and key points,aiming to provide reference for the necessity argumentation of similar water conservancy projects.关键词
