基于恒定强磁场测试平台的车用电磁继电器静态特性实测分析
Measurement and analysis of static characteristics of vehicle electromagnetic relay based on a constant strong magnetic field test platform

Abstract
In order to simulate the interference of constant strong magnetic field generated during the production of electrolytic aluminum plant on the static characteristics of automotive electromagnetic relays,this paper built a constant strong magnetic field test platform based on the quasi-planar distribution of magnetic field space and tested the electromagnetic relay installed on the production truck of a domestic automobile group on this platform.The static characteristics of the relay were measured and analyzed.In this paper,the magnetic field size of the constant strong magnetic field testing platform was verified by actual measurement.The maximum constant magnetic field of about 70.0 mT can be generated at the height of 10 mm from the coil surface.Moreover,the average magnetic induction intensity and uniformity generated by the magnetic field generating device were given by Ansys Maxwell finite element simulation.Finally,the influence mechanism of constant strong magnetic field on static characteristics of automotive electromagnetic relay was analyzed,and the influence of static characteristics of electromagnetic relay under different magnetic field directions and different magnetic fields was analyzed based on the constant strong magnetic field test platform.The measured results show that with the increase of the constant magnetic field intensity,the offset of the operating voltage and the releasing voltage of the vehicle electromagnetic relay increases gradually,and the relay fails to reject the operation and malfunction successively.关键词
