甘蔗渣多孔碳基复合相变材料的制备及其性能研究
Preparation and performance study of porous carbon-based composite phase change materials from sugarcane bagasse

Abstract
Researches have shown that phase change materials have unique intelligent responsiveness to the outside world.Within a certain temperature range,they can release or absorb heat energy by changing their own morphology,achieving the purpose of automatic temperature adjustment.Porous carbon materials have strong loading capacity and good thermal conductivity.In this paper,vacuum melting impregnation method was used to composite phase change materials,embedding them into the pores of carbon materials,which effectively"imprisoned"the phase change materials during the process of morphology transformation,solved the problem of liquid phase leakage,and prepared composite phase change materials with stable morphology.This article employed natural biomass material sugarcane bagasse as a carbon source and conducted heat treatment at different temperatures under nitrogen atmosphere to carbonize the biomass material and further graphitize it.A porous high thermal conductivity carbon based carrier material with natural pore structure of biomass was prepared by vacuum melting impregnation method.In addition,in order to further improve the adsorption rate of carrier materials on phase change materials,this paper used different qualities of alkali salt potassium hydroxide(KOH)to modify the carbonized raw materials,prepared a series of composite materials with stable morphology,and conducted leakage experiments on them.Finally,the maximum adsorption rate of the composite phase change materials was obtained through relevant calculations.The structure and performance of the carrier and composite materials were characterized and tested using scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),thermogravimetric analysis(TG),multifunctional X-ray diffraction(XRD),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET).The test results show that the adsorption rate of the composite phase change material prepared by carbonization at 750℃and modification with a mass ratio of 1∶4 KOH is the best at 73.59%.In addition,the results of XRD,FT-IR,SEM,and TG indicate that the composite material prepared by physical mixing process has good chemical compatibility and heat resistance.Compared with previous studies,the shape stable composite phase change materials studied in this article have certain competitive advantages.关键词
