毛豆荚多酚的响应面法提取工艺优化及抗氧化活性研究
The Optimization of Extraction Process and Antioxidant Activity of Polyphenols from Glycine max Shell by Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
To improve the resource utilization rate of Glycine max shell,ultrasonic-assisted extraction technology was used to extract polyphenols from Glycine max shell,and the changes of polyphenol extraction yield under different technological conditions were analyzed,and the response surface method was used to optimize the extraction technology of polyphenols.The results showed that when the ethanol volume fraction was 76%,the ultrasonic temperature was 71℃,the ratio of liquid to material was 31∶1mL/g,and the ultrasonic time was 40min,the average extraction rate of polyphenols could reach 59.89 mg/g,and the relative error was only 0.16%compared with the predicted value of the model.Further anti-oxidation experiments showed that the half maximum inhibitory concentration(IC50)of the polyphenol from Glycine max shell against DPPH and OH radicals were 71.14mg/L and 169.89 mg/L,respectively,which indicated that it had certain anti-oxidation activity.The research results indicated that the response surface method was effective and feasible in optimizing the extraction process of polyphenols from Glycine max shell,and provided an important theoretical basis for further revealing the anti-oxidation mechanism of the polyphenol from Glycine max shell and developing new antioxidants.关键词
