红庆梁煤矿煤巷掘支方案的优化
Optimization of coal roadway excavation and support scheme in Hongqingliang Coal Mine

Abstract
This paper seeks to address the unstability of the roadway affected by the lower support speed than the excavation speed and the uncoordinated speeds between excavation and support.The study is performed by optimizing the excavation sequence scheme of the cantilever roadheader by taking a tes-ting roadway as the research object,and using the FLAC3D software to compare and analyze the existing support and optimization support scheme from the perspective of surrounding rock stress and deformation.The results show that the average vertical stress of the roof and side in the optimized excavation sequence is lower than that of the original scheme.The displacement of the roof and floor in the optimized support scheme is reduced by 22%and 17%respectively,and the maximum vertical stresses of the roof and side are both reduced.The monthly footage of the roadway is 375 m with the increased tunneling speed by 25%,and the overall stability of the surrounding rock of the test roadway is strengthened.This research results provide effective technical guidance for the rapid excavation of similar roadways in Hongqingliang.关键词
