骨质疏松快速完全逆转——来自鹿科动物的认知与探索
Rapid and Total Reversal of Osteoporosis—Lessons and Explorations from Cervidae
摘要
Abstract
Osteoporosis is the fourth-largest chronic disease in the world.Current treatments can only delay the progression of this condition to a limited extent,but cannot completely stop its advancement or reverse the condition.Interestingly,a natural phenomenon occurs in male deer,which experience severe physiological osteoporosis(CPO)annually associated with cyclic antler ossification.Remarkably,this condition can be rapidly and completely reversed within just one month.This paper systematically reviewed the research advancements concerning physiological osteoporosis and its reversal in deer.It summarized the potential applications of antler,blood,bone of deer sampled in appropriate period and place for the treatment of osteoporosis in recent years.Finally,we proposed the specific applications of these deer-derived materials sampled from the reversal period to enhance their therapeutic effects against osteoporosis,highlighting the potential for inhibiting or even reversing the osteoporosis in the clinical practice.关键词
