弥泸灌区工程贷款能力测算分析
Loan Capacity Estimation for the Mi-Lu Irrigation District Project
摘要
Abstract
Through loan capacity estimation,water conservancy construction projects can select reasonable financing plans,providing a reference for government and relevant investors in the early-stage project approval process.This paper introduces the financial cost estimation and cost allocation results of the Mi-Lu Irrigation District Project in Yunnan Province,analyzes the cost-based water price and affordability,and conducts loan capacity estimation.After comprehensively considering reasonable increases in water prices,water pricing in affluent regions,and the difficulty of collecting water fees,a recommended water price and loan plan for the Mi-Lu Irrigation District is proposed.The findings aim to provide a reference for loan capacity estimation in similar irrigation district projects.关键词
