家畜性别控制技术研究进展
Research Progress of Sex Control Technology in Livestock
摘要
Abstract
As an efficient means of breeding,sex control technology has important application value in domestic animal production and can significantly improve production efficiency.Sex control techniques include X and Y spermatozoa separation before fertilization,early sex identification of fertilized embryos and environmental control.In recent years,the researches of sex control technology have made remarkable progress,especially the use of flow cytometry to separate sperm for sexual control,the accuracy of sexual control is as high as 97.14%.In order to further promote the research and application of this technology,the gender control technology of X and Y sperm separation by flow cytometry,immunization,density gradient centrifugation and electrophoresis is reviewed,and the research progress of sex control of domestic animals by embryo sex identification,regulation of pH,hormone level and fertilization time during fertilization is reviewed to provide reference for livestock production practice.关键词
