"大思政"视域下地方应用型高校外语教师课程思政胜任力的质性研究
A Qualitative Study on the Model of Foreign Language Teachers'Curriculum-based Ideological Education Competency in Local Application-oriented University from the Perspective of"Great Moral Education"

Abstract
With comprehensive and in-depth development of moral education in universitites,the focus of foreign-language-curriculum-based ideological education has gradually shifted from"what it is"to"how to do it".Foreign langague teachers'cur-riculum-based ideological education competency thus has attracted attention as a key indicator for the effectiveness.This study chose foreign language teachers in a local application-oriented university as a sample to collect text data through purposive sam-pling and semi-structured interviews.Then this study used grounded theory to conduct a three-level coding analysis of the data and figure out the dimensions and components of foreign language teachers'curriculum-based ideological education competency.The analysis results show that foreign language teachers'curriculum-based ideological education competency consisted of three dimen-sions:basic positioning,global vision,knowledge and abilities,and that basic positioning has four components,global vision has two components,and knowledge and abilities has four subsystems,each of which has four components.The results based on the qualita-tive study would be helpful for the selection,training and management of foregin language teachers to improve the effectiveness of moral education in local application-oriented universities.关键词
