Ovarian Tissue Structure of Manis javanica
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the reproduction rate of Manis javanica raised artificially,the tissue structure of ovary which is the main organ of reproductive system of Manis javanica was dissected and the tissue structure was studied,the histological structure of the ovary of Manis javanica was observed,measured and analyzed by light microscope using conventional anatomy and paraffin tissue sectioning technique(H-E staining).The results showed that the ovary of Manis javanica was composed of tunica and parenchyma which was divided into cortex and medulla.Ovarian cortex is underdeveloped and medulla is developed.The area ratio of ovarian cortex to medulla is 2∶7.The parenchyma contains three oval medulla masses distributed up and down between cortex and medulla.关键词
