基于扎根理论的数智时代新商科人才培养

Abstract
New business faces the new characteristics,demands,and problems of the economy and society in the digital intelligence era,and undertakes the important task of talent cultivation that"directly faces the country's fundamental competitiveness,directly faces the main battlefield of economic construction,and directly faces the high-quality transformation and development."This study,based on grounded theory,conducts an inductive analysis of literature on digital intelligence technology and business education,and constructs a theoretical model for the cultivation of new business talents in the digital intelligence era.Focusing on the fundamental tasks of cultivating talents in the new business of the digital intelligence era,it establishes the"three new"talent cultivation concept,clarifies the talent cultivation goals including talent types,knowledge structure,ability structure,and core literacy,and proposes a talent cultivation system including teacher teams,curriculum settings,teaching organization,platform construction,and quality assurance.Against the backdrop of digital intelligence technology continuously penetrating various fields and scenarios of higher education,and educational teaching activities facing a series of challenges,this study explores the cultivation of new business talents from the perspective of the logic of digital intelligence technology and the educational concept of the digital intelligence era.The research conclusions can provide theoretical references and practical references for the cultivation of new business talents in the digital intelligence era.关键词
