长颈鹿索马里亚种妊娠期长短及其影响因素
Gestation Length of Giraffa camelopardalis reticulata and its Influencing Factors
摘要
Abstract
In order to investigate the factors that affect gestation,we collected 26 sets of data of gestational length,gestational times,fetal sex and mating season of 10 Giraffa camelopardalis reticulata from 2000 to 2020 in Shanghai Zoo.The gestational length and the main factors were analyzed by SPSS 18.0.The results showed that the gestation length was between 434 to 486 days,average(458.5±11.4)days,it was mainly affected by the fetal sex,fetal times,the age and different individuals,and mating season and breeding season had no significant effect on the gestation length.The results provide a basis for accurately determining delivery time and improving the survival rate of young offspring.关键词
