圈养雌性黑猩猩心率和体温的季节性特征
Seasonal Characteristics of Heart Rate and Body Temperature of Captive Female Chimpanzees
摘要
Abstract
The body temperature and heart rate of 4 female chimpanzees from Hangzhou Zoo in different seasons were measured by positive reinforcement behavior training.The results showed that the body temperature of chimpanzees ranged from 32.4-37.2℃,the highest in summer and the lowest in winter.There was no significant difference in body temperature between spring and autumn(P>0.05),significant difference between summer and autumn(P<0.05),and extremely significant difference between the other seasons(P<0.01).The heart rate ranged from 60-120 beats/min,the highest in summer and the lowest in winter.There was no significant difference in heart rate between spring and autumn(P>0.05),but extremely significant difference between the other seasons(P<0.01).关键词
