Interaction of Viral Infection and Cellular Metabolism
摘要
Abstract
Viruses are non-cellular life forms that rely on host cells to provide energy,molecular precursors,and special components to produce infectious viral particles and thus complete their own life cycle.When viruses infect cells,they induce changes in the infected cells with respect to glutamine degradation,energy metabolism,and fatty acid metabolism.Consequently,manipulating cellular metabolism may alter viral infection.Understanding the interaction between viral infection and cellular metabolism is of great significance.This article reviews the metabolic changes induced by viral infection and the impact of cellular metabolism on viral infection to provide a theoretical foundation for targeting treatments of viral infections.关键词
