球形石墨尾料提纯的实验研究
Study on purification of spherical graphite tailing
摘要
Abstract
This paper seeks to improve the utilization rate and commercial value of graphite tallings.The study is enabled by using acid leaching alkali melting process to purify the graphite tallings;analy-zing the effects of the mixture ratio of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid,temperature,amount of NaOH,roasting temperature,concentration of hydrochloric acid and reaction time on the purification of graphite tailings;and characterizing these factors with SEM,XRD,XRF.The results show that in 2 g graphite tailing,the purity of graphite tailings increases from 92.79%to 98.8%,and the content of silica is 1.07%,under the conditions of the ratio of mixed acid and ionized water adjusted to 5∶2,the acid leac-hing temperature to 130°,1.6 g NaOH added,the roasting temperature to 500℃,the concentration of hydrochloric acid to 1.5 mol/L,and the leaching time to 2 h.关键词
