滤料物化性质对翻板滤池过滤效果的影响
Influence of physical and chemical properties of filter media on the filtration effect of double-layer filters

Abstract
As a key link to ensure effluent water quality,filtration plays an important role in drinking water treatment.To explore the influence of physical and chemical properties of filter media on the filtration process,flap filters under different operating conditions were selected,and the filter media loss rate,gradation,surface morphology and elemental composition were analyzed.The results show that for the coal-sand double-layer filter,quartz sand has a greater influence on the filtration performance of the filter.Filters with a large loss of filter media and a thin filter media layer have poor operating effects.The uneven gradation of filter media and the small proportion of fine sand will also lead to the deterioration of the filtration performance of the filter.Filter media with high surface roughness and low damage degree have stronger dirt interception ability,which can improve the filtration performance of the filter.The analysis results of the elemental composition of filter media show that the unreacted Al elements in the coagulant will adhere to the surface of filter media,enhance its adsorption effect and improve the effluent water quality of the filter.关键词
