Experimental study on filling mining under buildings with fly ash based materials
摘要
Abstract
This paper aims to prevent and control the overburden and surface moving in goaf areas and recover the coal reserves beneath industrial square buildings.The study conducts an industrial trial of short-stage hydraulic backfill mining in the N1 coal seam of the Zhazi Coal Mine by using a novel fly ash-based cementitious material.The results demonstrate that the compressive strengths increase rapidly in the goaf filled with fly ash based cements with compressive strengths exceeding 6 MPa in both the upper and lower sections,meeting the required strength criteria at all curing ages.The removal time of the re-taining barriers is short within 60 minutes due to the prompt setting and self-supporting capability of the backfill.The key surface deformation parameters are all within the Grade I damage thresholds specified in the Regulations for Coal Pillar Retention and Mining Under Structures,Water Bodies,Railways and Major Shaft,with slope,curvature,and horizontal strains by 1.20 mm/m,0.02×10-3 m-1 and 1.19 mm/m,respectively,achieving the the desired result in goaf with no roof fracturing,and no damage to surface structures and buildings.关键词
